Polnisch? - War das nicht einfach Schlesisch, nur mit einem gaaanz komischen Akzent.

Im Ernst, es geht darum, ob jemand schon mal Erfahrungen mit dem o.g. Getriebespezi gemacht hat und wenn ja, welcher Art die waren.
Kbecan wird dahin gehen, da er offensichtlich noch Gewährleistungsansprüche hat.

wenn du bisl durchklickst dann kannst du meine Erfahrungen nachlesen! Mein genereller Tipp: Spart euch den Weg und schickt die automaten zum vielfach gelobten Lappke. Ich bin total unzufrieden mit den Bochumern....hatt' mich Ärger und ne stange Geld gekostet!

Danke für die Rückmeldung.
Der Inhaber ist der selbe, die Seiten unterscheiden sich nciht wesentlich von einander, allerdings sind die Anschriften schon unterschiedlich. Alleine das ist für mich sehr erklärungsbedürftig.

Aber leider ist dbecan bei denen schon gewesen und nimmt jetzt die Gewährleistung in Anspruch (das wusste ich vor Eröffnung dieses Threads noch nicht!). Für Ihn geht zumindest jetzt kein Weg an denen vorbei.

Now I have Problem

I came all the way here on astp and they send me directly on another adress 8km away. When I came there all tired after all night driving they offerd me a coffe and I almost fell a sleep inside. I was realy tired. I gave them my carkey and they put the car in a garage. After 30 minutes they came up and take me to the garage and show me my car. It was already on a lift under the roof and there was some send under. He said: You dont have enough oil inside. you will see. 1 liter of it has to come out. The other guy opened and yes, there was realy not enough oil inside. How could he know the result?
Also before I came here I took my car to the mechanic in Slovenia to get shure this will not happen. He ensured me there is 100% enough oil in transmition. He took his time and checked like he should (was waiting 3 days for this).
Now they dont want to put this on waranty. What they can do they can fix it again and I can pay again for everything.
Some advice how can I convince them to put this on waranty?
Also my car is not moving. My transport went back to Slovenia so Im stucked here in Dortmund. In forum I saw there is another workshop. Are they any better? I cant aford to pay again and then still not be able to drive. Is it possible to put manual in my car? how much would that cost? Someone that can do this aroun here? I heard it should be possible but you also have to change the computer??

Please help, Im loosing hope in T4 or my ability to have one

Please try to inform us a little bit more detailed.
What do you mean with: 'a little send under' do you mean 'sand' as what could be 'oil absorbing' granulate?
And how will you judge the idea that the oil vanished from the box? How did the surroundings where the screw into the box is located look like? Where there fresh oil-marks?
If not, where could the oil have been able to go to?

Please give us more details.

Hi,

if you did not change the oil after they fixed the gear box ... I don't see how the oil should be gone ... if there was an oil change and the oil level was filled up without running the engine you will have a low oil level ... if the gear box has a low oil level ... what should be the reason that the gear box is damaged ? That you run the gear box with a low oil level is not saying that this is the root cause for the miss funktion.

sdend was under the car to cover oil on the floor. to absorbe it. when i came down to the car, he uscruwed a screw uder transmition so the oil came out. there was no oil on the outside of the transmition. so no leak where it could go. the color fo the oil was not red but a little grey and they say it was burned. it was not the right smell.

if you have a 01P gear box ... the oil is always "grey" with respect to the clutch at the tourqe converter ... and the clutch to select the gerar.

What is damaged at the gear box that the gear box needs a complete new torque converter, clutch set, valve body ... ?

Than why did he say it´s wrong color. Just doesn´t want to fix it with waranty probably. What is damadged he couldnt tell. He still didn´t open it so he can´t know. In his opinion he said if you are luckey it will cost you 500€ if not 1500 or even more.

It will not go anywhere. Like it would not want to put in first gear. In the begining the reverse was still working. It makes no special sounds just like it would be in neutral all the time. Sometimes a little hh hhh can be heard with high rotations. And when was still working sometimes it put on 1st gear and just jump forward. Like you would let go cluch realy fast like a beginner in manual car.

Hi,

they should measure the oil pressure of the oil pump at the gear box. This can be done via a service plug at the gera box without opening the gear box. If the oil pressure is fine you should make a test drive is the missbehaviour is gone with the correct oil level.

they did this in Slovenia. The oil level was there corect. Also with warm car and everything.Then we put the car on a truck and bring it here. Here they just opened and showed me how little oil came out.

Hi,

the "oil pressure" not the oil level. If the oil pump is damaged (the magic plastic ring) you will not have enough pressure to control the gear box correct and the misbehaviour you describet fits to such a "missing pressure".

If the oil level is super low you also can have a too low oil pressure.

Danke, dass Du Dich kümmerst; ich kann dazu leider kaum Inhaltliches beitragen.

So wie es aussieht, hat kbecan wenig Chancen etwas durchzusetzen, da sich vermutlich die Beweislast bereits umgekehrt hat. Es sei denn, es bestünde inhaltlich begründeter Verdacht auf eine konkrete Ursache die Gewährleistung betreffend.

Please tell more about the 'warranty'. Did you let it fix at Dortmund oder did you by it there and mounted it in Solvenia?
When was this? Within 6 Month or more that six month? This is important, because after six month you are the one to proof the failure.

Hab' gerade ausführlich mit kbecan telefoniert.
Das Getriebe hat schon vor einiger Zeit Probleme bereitet. Im April letztes jahr wurde es in Do gekauft, aber in Slov eingebaut. Mit Quittung und Co.. Anschließend hat es nach wenige Tagen Probleme (ich weiß nicht welche) mit der Kraftübertrgung gegen. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Instandsetzer in Do hat die Werkstatt in Slov. dann etwas 'nachgestellt'. Während die Beschwerden zunächst verschanden, sind diese nach einigen Tagen wiedergekommen.
Das Spiel ging dem Vernehmen nach ein paar Mal, bis der Instandsetzer gesagt hat, dass er das Teil zurückschicken könne. Nach tel. Rücksprache mit dem Instandsetzer ist man aber übereingekommen, dass das Auto gleich mit drann nach Do geschafft werden soll.

Nun - wie Ihr gelesen habt, hat man Ihm die Schlüssel abgenommen, dann eine halbe Stunde bei Kaffee warten lassen und danach behauptet, das zu wenig Öl im Kasten wäre!

Jetzt habe ich zu wenig Informationen über die Messmöglichkeiten etc. an der Gear-Box und ich will dem Unternehmen auch nichts unterstellen, aber mir kommt das dennnoch in jedem Fall komisch vor.
Dbecan hat zudem einen Schrauber in Slov. extra noch einmal auf den Ölstand draufschauen lassen, weil er weiß, dass dieses nicht nur schlecht für die Automatik ist, sondern auch, dass es die Garantie verliert.

In jedem Fall aber, finde ich als Nichtwissender in Sache Automatik, ist es überhaupt nicht klar, warum da Öl fehlt und selbst wenn zuwenig Öl im Kasten war, sollte die Werkstatt auf eigene Kosten zumindest zunächst ersteinmal schauen, was überhaupt nicht in Orndung ist und einen Kostenvoranschlag machen. Dann kann man immernoch entscheiden.

Kann jemand aus der Materie helfen sich mit der Werkstatt in Verbindung zu stezen und erstmal zu verhandeln?
Ich würde das unbesehen machen, nur können die mir zum Getriebe alles Erzählen, ich hab', wie gesagt keinen Blassen von der Thematik.
